Très bon emplacement (métro, quartier, restaurants, boulangerie, café), idéal pour famille (en face d'un parc, jeux et jeux d'eau). Spacieux, petit balcon appréciable. Très propre. Parking gratuit possible. Bien insonorisé.
WARNING : clim d'une chambre ne fonctionne pas malgré plusieurs relances auprès de l'hôte car en été il fait chaud dans les chambres. Cuisine peu équipée. Très impersonnel. Extérieur relativement bruyant l'été.

Confortable and quiet place. Air conditioning and beds for best comfort. Nice area with good coffee places.
One room has broken air conditioning for at least a year (see other comments), but with fans and other air conditioning in the living room, that was not a problem.

La ubicacion fue excelente. Ademas el alojamiento era amplio y funcional.
No estaba realmente limpio. Un aire acondicionado no andaba. Habia mucha basura en el balcon que tardaron en sacarla. El tostador no se podia usar porque sonaba la alarma de incendios
