Location was great based on on proximity to Atwater market and canal for sightseeing
The small things, Coffee table was in mediocre condition, outdoor furniture was dirty and un-useable, couch was incredibly low ( seemed like it might have been missing legs) lacking good fit and finish ( scuffed up paint etc) street noise could be an issue to light sleepers and weekend bookings, steep entry stairs

location was good. lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and market nearby.
The blind on terrace window was torn off. No coffee or filters provided, (if only for first day) No laundry detergent provided. minimal toilet paper. Had to buy. no blanket or duvet on master bed. Living room sofa was very low and uncomfortable. I have bad knees/arthritis so impossible to get up and down. Limited glasses in kitchen.
