Posizione in un quartiere verde, facile l'accesso alle principali strade, la città inoltre offre molte possibilità di parcheggio se si vuole arrivare al mare in auto o andare a passeggiare in centro. Comunque arrivare al mare o in centro a piedi è fattibilissimo. Noi siamo capitati con giornate caldissime e faticoso spostarsi a piedi

Padrone di casa gentilissimo e super disponibile. Siamo andati a Civitanova Marche per motivi di salute e nonostante non sapessi a che ora saremmo arrivati alla struttura il signor Adriano ci ha dato massima disponibilità per il check in. Casa piccolina ma molto carina e con tutto il necessario.

This holiday flat is a little gem, very cosy and tastefully and quirky decorated in a 60's style. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is modern. Our lovely hosts Paola and Adriano were super helpful and even picked us up at the station on arrival to bring us to the flat. Highly recommended!
We came by public transport so the location was not ideal as the walk back from town is partly a bit steep, so it's better to have a car if you visit.
