Nice new cottage, very bad support from agency... (but nice host at the location :-))
The house is modern, big and with all the best facilities. Everything was TOP in the house
The level of support from the agency (TUI/Bellvilla) was TERRIBLE... just an example: 36 mail with no or different reply about very simple questions (the question was: can we have a baby-bed and high-chair for children...) They reply after weeks with standard text and few second later, we got a another DIFFERENT answer from the same mail-adress, but different name. Then we got a call, we explain everything, and few days later we received again different mail from different employee.... unbelievable BAD!!! PS: the host at the location (Nicole) was instead very friendly and supportive :-)

Comfortabel en modern huisje.
Mooi en modern ingerichte woning. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideaal dat elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer heeft. Eigen ruimte voor de skie’s. Mooie overdekte parkeerplaats. Laadpaal aanwezig! Gratis gebruik van wasmachine en droger. Host via de app goed bereikbaar.
Lekkage slaapkamer raam. (Vloer was elke dag nat)Te weinig comfortabele stoelen in de zit hoek. We hadden een 8 persoons huisje maar 3 personen moesten elke avond op een harde keukenstoel zitten. Keuken was niet goed schoon bij aankomst. We misten onderzetters voor de pannen en oven handschoenen. Minimale badhanddoeken bij de prijs inbegrepen (1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek p/p voor een hele week)

Prachtige chalet als uitvals basis in de winter om te skiën en in de zomer te verkennen.
Mooie locatie, goed uitgerust en comfortabele woning. Een aanrader !
