Rare opportunity! Spacious 2nd floor walk-up condo just 180 steps to the sugar-sand Gulf beach at the end of the street. Nestled between the world-class 5th Avenue South and Third Street Shopping/Dining/Theater Districts, it's just a short walk to everything loved about Olde Naples!
Primary Bedroom has king memory foam mattress, en-suite double vanity bath with large walk-in rain shower, tv, chaise, and large desk area (if you have to bring your work with you!). Large Second Bedroom has twin beds. Modern cook's kitchen is fully outfitted. Breakfast nook, full Dining Room, and Wet-Bar with beverage coolers and non-stop ice are adjacent to the Kitchen. From the central Living Room, the 16ft expanse of sliding doors opens onto a large Lanai overlooking the lush courtyard with heated pool.
Our community of 7 units is friendly and shares the landscaped pool, grill, and off-street parking.
28 day minimum rental.
Prospective renter will need to complete a online rental application and submit identifying documents (and a fee) to the Condo Association. If the Association's approval cannot be reached, a full refund of the deposit will be provided. Prospective renter agrees to abide by all Association rules and regulations when submitting a rental reservation.

Beachwalk was just WONDERFUL! We loved the location and access to all that is happening in Naples. The quick walk to the beach was perfect and the ability to walk to dinner and shops - amazing!
The owners are a joy to rent from as well!
It didn't take long into our stay that we knew we wanted to stay again next year!
