The staff were incredibly helpful, location of hotel is perfect, some of our room facilities were a little old and tired for example the shower would not fit in the holder as it was broken, so it was a hand held shower.

Coach trip stayed the first night we was there as usual with every was taken by them at breakfast and left nothing for anybody else

La comodidad de la ubicación y zona para aparcar
Limpieza escasa, la mesilla y los cabeceros de la cama tenían polvo, el suelo del baño se veía con algo de suciedad, incluso había algún que otro pelo.
Durante la noche calor excesivo, era imposible dormir, tuvimos que abrir la ventana haciendo en la calle temperaturas bajo cero.
