About this apartment rental
Duplex penthouse in first line facing the sea, consists of two floors, on the lower floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom and dressing room, separate living room with a dining room and access to the main terrace of 60 meters with sea views, fully furnished kitchen , there is another terrace at the back of the house. The upper floor that is accessed from the terrace leads to a master bedroom with a full bathroom and front terrace to the sea. The property is located in one of the main streets of the neighborhood of La Carihuela, pedestrian street where you can find banks, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, supermarkets. The beach is only 20 meters from the house !!!! It has wifi and international channels.

This property was perfect for us. Quiet at night and amazing views to watch the sunrise over the sea. Our host was very helpful and attentive.

What makes this property special is the location, views and outdoor space. The main bedroom is not connected to the living area, so you have to go out on the patio and up an exterior staircase to get there. The 2nd bedroom is not in a separate room, but uses curtains as a wall to give privacy. They also provided the bare minimum on towels, so come prepared. But overall I would recommend staying here for the outdoor space and location.

Communication with the owner Javier was really easy. He was very accommodating with checkin and checkout times. The property is in an excellent location, the view is amazing.
