The staff was very nice and glad that we met him. He was very helpful. Had a great fun. The stay was different from any hotel rooms. It was more homely.

Khách sạn siêu đẹp, như 1 lâu đài, con gái 5 tuổi của tôi thích mọi thứ ở đây, thích chơi và trò chuyện với ông chủ khách sạn nữa . Ông chủ khách sạn thân thiện, tốt bụng và chu đáo. Tôi check out sớm 6h sáng- trước giờ ăn sáng nên ông chủ có chuẩn bị sữa và bánh cho từ tối hôm trước luôn. Có chỗ tắm osen, có phòng xem phim, chỗ chơi và đồ chơi cho trẻ em. Hi vọng có cơ hội quay lại đây lần nữa

We were well taken care of during our stay especially during the heavy snowstorm on Sun, 9 Feb 2026. Our host agreed to come in early next day to prepare our breakfast, as we intended to leave earlier than planned due to the snowstorm and road closures. As it turned out, we got news during breakfast that our flight was delayed 6 hours. They were most helpful in checking for us what we could do next.
The place is really clean and spacious. It felt like staying at someone’s home - the living area, dining area and onsen downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs.
The location is great with a restaurant across the road and a 15 min walk to the lake (with a lovely bakery halfway to the lake). It is surrounded by woods with neighbours and boutique shops scattered nearby. Mt Fuji is actually just behind the house, which we didn’t realise as our view was blocked by the trees. And definitely a treat to see plenty of deer in the woods from the road.
Will definitely return if we visit the area again and definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Our stay had a breakfast with exceptional coffee. The owner was a barista securing and roasting his own coffee beans. He was very friendly too. Highly recommended.
