Great secluded location amongst the trees for a more traditional Japanese hotel. Friendly staff.
A little tired in the bathroom.

The hotel is nice, but needs update. The bed was comfortable but the pillow wasnt.
The shower doesn’t drain well so you needed to be done quickly to avoid a flood.

Lovely room. Great staff. Meals in restaurant very nice (but note limited choice). Very relaxing which is just what we wanted.
Breakfast just ok. Again limited choice. If want to eat out then need to taxi to most of the restaurants.

The location was lovely in the forest, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and always asking if we were ok. They organised a taxi for us a couple of times.
the breakfast although had a good choice, the hot food unfortunately was cold, considering the cost, that was not good value. We loved the location in the forest, near the lake, however it was a long steep walk, they could do with offering a shuttle service to the lake and back. Or more information on local bus timetables.
