The location is great, 5 minutes by car from Arrieta. The view was nice, and the house has direct access to the swimming pool and beach.
The house didn’t look very clean and it seems a bit old. Moreover, since the house is secluded, there are many insects, so some mosquito nets would be great. Also, during our stay we had some mice right outside, and one even got inside. Another inconvenience was that there is no air conditioning, only a fan, and it was quite hot at night.
