La Casa del Varadero

Die Lage war hervorragend. Sehr kurze Wege zu ~5 Restaurants (z.T nebenan) gegenüber ein Frühstückscafe. 2 min zum relativ gut sortierten Supermarkt, zum Piscina natural mit kleinem Strand 1 min und zum Hauptstrand zum Baden und Surfen 10 min. ( Surfbretter Verleih am Ortseingang ) Ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort. Ebenso schöner Spot zum Erkunden des Nordens der Insel mit dem Mietwagen. Das Haus selbst ist richtig groß, bietet u.a. 2 Wohnzimmer mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer direkt vor der Tür und eine sehr große Dachterrasse mit Liegen, einem großen Esstisch und einem Grill. Handtücher sind mehr als ausreichend im Haus vorhanden. Wer möchte kann auch alle Streamingdienste und deutsches Fernsehen nutzen. Der Vermieter und Gianluca sind sehr sehr nett und kümmern sich um alles. Parkplätze gibt es immer in relativer Nähe auf der Straße.

.there was an issue getting into the property,my daughter tried many times to phone the owner,getting no reply we went to a restaurant with cases ! apparently the owner had a different no on the booking,however my daughters no is the one on booking .com,this was not a good start,finally she spoke to the fishermen who helped her get in,at the same time a rep from Punta mujeres also arrived to show us around,We were in!!The fact that there was no soap in either bathroom(an oversight?)

Beautiful house and an insane amount of room for two people! Really clean. Lovely decor. Great location and well equipped. All the comforts of home, TV with all the usual apps installed - made it home from home, fast WiFi. An iron and hairdryer are also included but they are not listed as included. You are in the heart of the town and it’s so nice listening to the sea, the locals chatting away across the street and the fishermen and women bringing their boats in. It feels more a part of the community than a holiday home surrounded by tourist. Loved the roof top and all’s the sun room for those windy days.

It’s not a criticism more for people to be aware, there isn’t any aircon which doesn’t really matter much because if you open windows in the morning and keep the door to the roof open the house is generally a good temperature. We happened to land on a day where it was over 10 degrees hotter than normal, and arrived at 10pm so it was hot inside. Not many other houses around have aircon so it’s pretty normal and not necessary. Also although there isn’t oil, vinegar and body wash or shampoo, there is a supermarket (which is amazing) literally 2mins away that closed at 9pm so it’s easy to stock up!

Fantastisch host! Altijd bereikbaar en bereid om te helpen. Op zich voldoende uitgerust met een fijn welkomgeschenk. Goede bedden. Ruim huis met vooral de kleine living op het eerste verdiep met zicht op de zee (achter de slaapkamer) als grootste troef. Lekker warm als de zon schijnt en gezellig vertoeven. Dakterras is ruim en altijd zon.

Locatie was op zich goed, maar wat last van het lawaai van de straat. Het huis is in verdiepingen, ruim maar niet handig. Onderaan ligt de keuken en de living. Voelt donker en ongezellig aan. Dakterras is ruim maar niet gezellig. Het huis heeft wat last van kleine mankementen. 1 paar handdoeken voor 10 dagen is echt wel weinig.
