Humble, but spotless. If you want to experience the Turkish ospitality without surrendering to touristic hotels, that's the place for you. What I though to be a double room was instead a little apartment with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The water in the shower was always hot, good pressure. The bed was comfortable. We didn't cook. Our host was very welcoming and kind, he let us stay way later beyond out check out time. Perfect location.
We liked everything

Close to the main tourist attractions. The apartment was clean.
The apartment looked cosier on the pictures. Actually it was more seedy-looking than on the pictures.

Great location. Super friendly host and very helpful gentleman that does the cleaning. Very clean and through.
Not really. The stove top heat up real slow but didn’t bother us anyway. It is an old building but for the price and all the pros it is well worth it!

The staff was kind and tried to be helpful
We were very tired after traveling, so we decided to stay the first night, but there was a strong unpleasant smell and the towels and bedsheets had visible stains, which made us uncomfortable using the facilities. Although we had paid for three nights, we checked out the next morning and found another hotel. I hope the owners will address these issues, as the location has potential, but the current conditions were not as advertised.
