A big thanks to our host for being super kind and helpful. Thanks for the great advice Normon! The cute little house was perfect for us. Everything we needed. Its a very local experience and everything was very clean and well organized. The accomodations are accurately presented in the listing. This is just what we needed to make a nice home base to explore. There are many beautiful places to visit in the area. This is a very secure property just far enough from beautiful Grecia town square. An easy 20 min. walk to the center. It is the kind of experience we were looking for. Some things were very cool for us to see and use For example: Water from the tap in Costa Rica is clean and naturally warm enough for most uses. The shower, to have hot water, has an interesting local style hot water heater right at the shower head. So if you set the flow to a moderate level it will be hot water. More flow is a bit cooler and less flow is a bit hotter ( very smart but might be different than North Americans are used to). This all works perfectly. Amazing views of the mountains and central valley. Nice sunsets and nice little covered patio . Really lovely property to be part of and we will return to Blanc Haus as a home base for more exploring. Spend a few days and do yourself a favor for slower more interesting travels
