I never leave a review but this has to be told. We traveled 6 hours and arrived at 3:00 . Time supposed to check in. Room was not ready. Waiting in front of the door for at least one hour. Called Liquid life to try and find out what was going on. We were told that the room was being cleaned and we told them that we spent a lot of money for this condo. The response was “SO HAS EVERYONE ELSE “ wow what customer service we got. We waited and the person cleaning finally came out. We entered the condo and needed to use the bathroom only to find no toilet paper. Then we find no soap to wash our hands. Not even the small bar that all the condo we stayed at in the past have always provided. We knew that we needed to bring supplies but we alway had the bare necessities at all other previous condos that we had stayed at. The worst part was when we finally got ready for bed. Got in the bed only to find that it was full of sand. Obviously the sheets were not washed. Both beds full of sand. So gross…..There is a note on the refrigerator that said someone will be checking in with you to see how things are going. No one checked in with us. Also don’t get your hopes up with having a Keurig Coffee maker. It’s missing a part that you put the pod in. So don’t go buy the coffee pods and waste your money like we did. One more thing. The beds are hard as a rock. We all woke up every day with aches and pains that we never had before. The condo is nice as far as the look. It’s just a shame that the cleaning service is so bad and the customer service for Liquid Life are rude. We will skip this condo next year.
