"3-Bedroom Apartment of 49 m², located on the 3rd floor, capable of accommodating up to 6 people.

It has a private covered parking space and a ski locker.

The sleeping arrangements are organised as follows: Living Room: 140 sofa bed, Bedroom 1: 1x160, Cabin: 2x90 (bunk beds)

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with the following items: filter coffee machine, Kettle, Teapot, Toaster, Microwave, Oven, Raclette machine, 2 induction hobs, Dishwasher, Washing Machine.

The apartment also includes 2 TVs, a wifi connection and benefits from a balcony with N/W MOUNTAIN exposure.

Pets are not accepted and the apartment is non-smoking. Sheets and towels are not provided by default. This is an additional service offered by the agency.

The residence is located at the foot of the slopes next to the Chamois ski lift, 5 minutes walk from the resort centre.

In winter, ski return to the doorstep, the ESF is 10 minutes walk.

In summer, mountain bike activity is accessible with the same ski lift, many hiking trails and an aquatic centre open during school holiday periods.

The spa is nearby and accessible during the winter season.

The Granges bar brasserie restaurant ""Le Kaktuss"" welcomes you all day during the seasons.

The residence shop ""La Grange Prapoutel"" offers for rent: skis, snowboard, snowscoot, sledges, scooters, snowshoes.

Un bel appartement, spacieux, agréable, avec une belle vue sur la Chartreuse et une grande terrasse. Bien placé, juste à coté du TS Chamois et d'un magasin de location de ski (grange à skis). Et bien équipé, avec WIFI. Débit Wifi un peu lent ou chaine TV pas stable ?

Appartement bien placé dans résidence très calme. Départ vers les pistes en direct. Le plus, son garage en sous sol. Il serait agréable d'avoir une ou deux étagères dans le casier à ski afin de ranger les chaussures et leur éviter d'être mouillées par les skis. Le nec plus ultra.... Chauffage dans Le local casier.... Toujours pour les chaussures !

équipements de la cuisine parfaits (four, frigidaire, micro ondes, lave vaisselle) logement très bien meublé, les bureaux dans les chambres sont appréciables vivement la box pour le wifi ! l'alèse 140 pour le lit 2places 160... des poëles et casseroles plus grandes pour 6 personnes (parfait pour 4) 2 petites plaques électriques un peu juste pour faire la cuisine mais efficaces
