This 49 m2 apartment with a balcony, facing east, is the ideal place for your family or friends' vacation. New residence located at the foot of the ski slopes next to the Chamois ski lift, ski-in/ski-out, 5-minute walk to the resort center.
Perfect for 6 people, it has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160X200cm) and another with two twin beds, 90cm wide. This room is equipped with a television.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed in 160cm, a coffee table, and a connected television.
The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people.
The open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a combination microwave, a pod coffee machine, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and all the necessary dishes.
The shower room includes a washer-dryer, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer. The toilets are separate, a cordless stick vacuum, table and iron are at your disposal.
The ski locker is located on the ground floor and is designed to store your equipment. A parking space is assigned to you in the basement, on level -1, with elevator access.
