The staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful - we even had home made cookies to welcome us. The room provided was small, but comfortable, and well appointed with items like soap, shampoo, coffee, etc. The location is fabulous!
The bathroom sink drained slowly.

The shower doors leaked a significant amount of water. We’d read about breakfast in other reviews. Although we knew it wasn’t included, we’d hoped we could purchase it but that wasn’t an option due to our travels in October.

The reception staff were helpful when the room wasn’t acceptable, but our significant issue wasn’t resolved to our satisfaction, still felt ripped off!
It’s in a good location in many ways and breakfast was good.
I booked the room with balcony and sea view. This was the prime reason for choosing this hotel! The “superior” room was tiny, the bathroom ridiculously small but the worst was to come! Step out onto the balcony of room 5 and to your left is a disgusting rubbish tip on a roof close by, frankly a health hazard. Sitting on the balcony out of the question. I could have coped with the size of room if the balcony had been OK to sit on. I complained. We were offered a larger room on the 4th floor (no lift and I have arthritis) with no view at all, windows in the roof, we had no choice.
