Mi-a placut parcarea si intrarea in locatie, faptul ca aveam la dispozitie aproape toate ustensilele de acasa.

Nu are aer conditionat.

Het gebouw is vrij rustig gelegen, op 30 minuten wandelen van het oude centrum van Cluj-Napoca, en je kan alles wat nodig is dichtbij makkelijk vinden. Het gebouw heeft parkeerplaats ondergronds, je krijgt op voorhand je check-in instructies die perfect uitgelegd zijn in een apart document die het gastheer doorstuurt tegen de dag van aankomst. Zo was ook onze aankomst na middernacht geen enkel probleem. Het appartement is proper en voorzien van alle nodige comfort, zelfs vaatwas en wasmachine (waar ook tabletten voor voorzien waren).

Er viel ons niet echt iets tegen, maar het zou wel handig zijn als er iets meer keukenmateriaal voorhanden is. Zo misten we eigenlijk bijvoorbeeld een gewone keukenhanddoek om een manuele vaat even te drogen, of overwanten om iets uit de oven of van het vuur te nemen. Maar verder kunnen we niets negatief opmerken.

I would like to start by saying that I would have given a 8 to the property if there weren't any heat issues & pointless discussions with the desk-assistant, please see below. I liked : the apartment, the small treats (coffee, tea, sugar), the roominess, the home sleepers.

The heat system was closed with no possibility to adjust the temperature in the apartment by our-self. In the first night with maximum 22 degrees in the apartment and 12 degrees outside I've searched for a blanket but there was none. I had a discussion with the desk-assistant the second day and the feedback were that "the worldwide studies recommend a temperature of 19 to 21.5 degrees in the room" & the owner of the property has decided to close the heating system till the winter will come back. For the next night we have received a blanket and the heating system was started to 22.5 degrees. The third night, after Booking contact them they have closed back the heat and let us again to see 22 degrees in the apartment. Also, if you have a problem in the evening, nobody will answer you till the next day. There is no front-desk at all, they are answering by phone only. I also didn't like : the soap from the bathroom was just one for washing the hands, the face & the body. We received just 2 smalls shampoos (one time use) for 3 nights staying.
