The host was awesome. We were able to check in early in the morning after we came by train. We were provided with easy guidelines and found the key quickly. We truly liked the location and view of the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had everything we need.

You can easily hear neighbors. But since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment, it didn’t bother us too much. Also, they were quiet during the nights.

My flight was arriving late at night and my girlfriend which lives near Arcadia was able to arrange to pick up the keys before my arrival. Additionally, my departure was very early in the morning and my girlfriend was able to arrange to drop off the keys later in the evening with the apartment manager. The location of the apartment building was convenient for shopping and restaurants especially in the middle of winter where it's undesirable to walk long distances

1) The walls were very thin with poor sound insulation from neighboring apartments. Additionally, there is a new building construction nearby which made it impossible to sleep in the mornings. 2) The water pressure was extremely low which made it difficult and uncomfortable to take showers. The situation was reported to the apartment manager. Only after an argument and three later days did the manager reluctantly resolve the issue. 3) Despite booking.com policy, the apartment manager/owner refused to provide a receipt for payment which in this case was paid for in US dollars. Note that the property does not accept any other form of payment but, cash. If you need a receipt as proof of stay for your business and or personal expense reports, do not expect a receipt. This apartment is not operating a legitimate business.
