All GE Monogram Commercial appliances include full-size double ovens, a French door top oven, a beautiful oversized island with bar stools, a microwave, and a prep sink. Equipped with every kitchen utensil, gadget, cooking, baking, eating, drinking, entertaining item you can think of, even a coffee bar station! The large dining table will host many family meals or be the perfect setting for evening games! Enjoy ocean views from the posh living room featuring a large screen, a frameTV so guests can view their pictures at the end of each day, a gas fireplace, and interior design like you've never seen! The top-level king master suite will be the perfect getaway offering a soaking tub, a beautiful tile shower, double vanity, closets with a sitting bench, and the ideal spot for morning coffee!

The large recreational room is on the ground level, highlighting a pool table, TV, bar, and kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and wet bar! There are also two bedrooms (one with a queen and 1 with two sets of built-in bunk beds...4 beds) and a full bathroom (double vanity, tub/shower) on this level. The rec room leads out to the backyard oasis with the private saltwater pool, which can be heated for an additional $350! The pool is unique and offers a tanning ledge! Other outdoor amenities include a gas grill, hot tub, tiki bar, chairs, lounge chairs, TV, and music!!

What a great stay. The house was as described and had anything you could possibly need. Everything was high end. We had 12 adults staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved how close to house was to the beach.

This house worked out very well for our extended family vacation! It was extremely well equipped with kitchen supplies which made cooking easy. We had a little trouble with the code door lock but the property manager came in our first day to show us how it worked (mostly our user error). Broken pool cues there were also immediately replaced so we could play during our week. The pool was great for our little kids in the family. Beach is a very short walk but there are many steps to get over the dunes which made it too difficult for grandma to join on the beach. Overall Very nice community and beach to spend the week in! Would definitely recommend this rental.

We spent a wonderful week in this home with 12 immediate family members. The house was pristine and the location was ideal with the beach access just steps away. We found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and more. The kids loved playing pool and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Would definitely stay here again!
