If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.

We had our 3 kids, their spouses and our 6 grands and had a great time! Location was great and we had more than enough room in the house. Such a fun family vacation!

Had a seamless interaction with Cora from Leslie’s. She provided a ton of information for us and answered all questions promptly and accurately. The directions and access to the home were exactly as promised. There was actually more in the home such as cleaning supplies then we had been promised. The Home itself is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, and steps to the beach. There are plenty of stores and activities within a half hour drive. While a bit warmer weather would’ve been great, we had a great time and we’re well aware of the weather patterns before we booked. Sometimes you win. …… we would heartily endorse the company, the house and the area. In fact of our four couples, two are already discussing returning. A great holiday!

Loved this house! Clean beautiful, never saw such a well stocked kitchen in a rental!! Screens would have been nice for the windows but otherwise we had a great time!

This property is beautiful, location amazing, decks are great for gathering, house layout is wonderful for a group. Kitchen is well stocked for eating in.
