Welcome to my apartment!
This delightful 31 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift access.
The cosy living area has a comfortable sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining dining/bar table is great for social eating together.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and fridge so you can easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. Cooking utensils and kitchenware are also provided.
The bedroom is modernly decorated and it includes a double bed and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system, only on the first floor.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Grands Boulevards, Opera, Pigalle or Montmartre... so many wonderful places concentrated in one of the smallest districts of the capital! If you want to visit the capital, the 9th arrondissement is a perfect base, not only for the many tourist and cultural sites but also because the area is one of the best served by the whole city: to you Paris!
To begin, pass in front of the impressive Opera Garnier, which today mainly rises dance theaters and other ballets. Continue your walk through the famous Grévin Museum, the timeless wax museum of the capital. If you are in a sporty mood, go to Montmartre via Pigalle, one of the most famous districts of the capital! Finally, how not to mention the most legendary scene in France: the Olympia, compulsory detour for music lovers.
For shopping, you will not be disappointed, the 9th arrondissement is known for housing the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps boulevard Haussmann! For dining, the Faubourg Montmartre knows very good addresses: Chez Chartier or Les Pâtes Vivantes will not disappoint you. Finally at night, return to Pigalle which will dazzle you!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

The apartment was very clean and had great artistic decor. The contact person who met us at the apartment upon our arrival was very helpful in terms of informing us about everything we needed to know about the place and giving recommendations in general. The apartment was exactly as pictured! Towels and body soap were provided which was very nice. The location was amazing! Walking distance of everything and only 20 minutes from the Louvre which was so convenient. Had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again!

Beste Lage, ruhig und sehr zentral, Metro in der Nähe, alle Geschäfte unmittelbar in der Nähe, auch ideal bei Besuch des Theaters Mogador ums Eck.
Sehr sauber und funktionell eingerichtet, geräumiges Badezimmer und Dusche.
Der Check-in war wegen eines Fehlers von Seiten der Zentrale der Vermietung etwas holprig, hat allerdings durch den Verantwortlichen vor Ort dann bestens geklappt. Check-out gewohnterweise problemlos.
Jederzeit gerne wieder.
