The apartment consists of an anteroom, a living room / bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom and is approximately 37 sqm in total. Non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. Arrival during the week between 4 and 6 p.m. or by arrangement, on weekends by arrangement. Departure by 12 p.m. Payment is made on arrival; if a deposit has been paid, it will be offset.

Cozy basement apartment, very quiet and yet central. The apartment consists of a living room / bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and an anteroom, a total of 37 sqm. In the living room / bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (16o x 200). There is also a comfortable corner couch, a large flat screen TV, a small music system (CD) and a small work table. WiFi is available. The wardrobe is in the anteroom. In the kitchen there is a fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge (with freezer) as well as a Senseo coffee machine and a kettle and toaster; furthermore a dining table with 2 chairs. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a sink, a shower and a washing machine (iron, ironing board and a small clothes horse are available). The basement apartment can be reached via a separate entrance, in front of which there are public parking spaces. Non smoking apartment; no pets. Arrival between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. or by arrangement; Departure by 12 p.m. The bus stop to the city bus to Koblenz (line 8, Schloßstraße stop) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, for very fast also in 8 minutes; Line 318/319 to Koblenz via Engers at the Concordiahütte stop in 5-7 minutes. In Bendorf there is the option to change to line 107 to Neuwied. Due to the occasion, it is pointed out that a deposit of 25% will be charged for all bookings from outside of Germany and generally for bookings of more than 7 nights; this must be paid no later than 2 weeks after booking.
