The villa, with an area of 100 m², has two comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
From the inside, you will be able to enjoy magnificent views of the garden and the private pool, ideal for disconnecting and recharging your batteries.
Located in a quiet area in a residential zone, the villa enjoys a strategic location 2 km from the supermarkets "Carrefour and Lidl" and the water park "Aquabrava", 4 km from the sandy beaches of "Roses and Sainte-Marguerite" and just 4 km from the hustle and bustle of the city.
If you prefer a rockier environment, the rocky beach is 7 km away.
Moreover, the train station "Figueres-Vilafant" is 20 km away and the airport "Girona Airport" is 55 km away.
The exterior of the villa is equally attractive, with a well-maintained garden, perfect garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors, and a fully fenced plot that provides privacy and security.
The terrace is the perfect place to have breakfast while watching the sunrise. On the coldest nights, the living room fireplace provides a touch of warmth and comfort.

La villa est superbe. Et comme d'habitude le service de l'agence est encore et toujours exceptionnel
Le lit a ressort qui tangue.
Trop de soleil venant du côté droit de la terrasse- c'est un peu dérangeant quand on mange dehors, placer un pare-soleil serait un plus.

Besonders die Hilfe mit unserem Auto vielen Dank nochmal.
Klimaanlage klappert.
Sollte durch eine aktuelle mit stärkerer Leistung getauscht werden ca 5 kW
Laufen dann auch energiesparender.
Sonnenliegen könnten 2 mehr sein.
