Step out of the king bedroom directly onto your private patio. The heated pool is right there — shared among the four Anna
Cabana bungalows, surrounded by tropical landscaping, and consistently warm. The outdoor shower is around the corner for rinsing off after beach days. This is the flow guests describe as heaven — bedroom to patio to pool to beach, all within a few steps.
Anna Cabana Bungalow #2 was completely renovated in 2025. The 507-square-foot layout is more spacious than Bungalow #1, with a generous bedroom, a full kitchen with updated appliances, and a private patio at 12'6" x 17'2" — large enough for dining, lounging, and genuinely living outside. Built in 1950 as a classic Old Florida beach resort, the bones and character are original. The renovation brought everything else up to date.
The king bed earns consistent praise from guests. The bathroom is more spacious than Bungalow #1. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, water purifier system, and everything needed for meals at home. The living area has a pull-out sofa for a third guest, 1-gig WiFi, and a flat-screen TV. Beach chairs, and beach towels are all provided — grab them and head across the street.
The Gulf beach is 100 yards away — less than a two-minute walk. Skinny's Place is three minutes on foot. Manatee Public Beach and Anna Maria Beach Cafe are five minutes. Publix grocery is 400 yards. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby. Guests consistently report not needing their car for the entire week.
Guests have been returning to Bungalow #2 for up to 11 consecutive years. Some book the same week every year before they've checked out of the current one. The 2025 renovation gives them something new to come back to — the location is why they never left.
Shared laundry facilities are available on-site. Parking is included.
Anna Cabana Bungalow #2 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.
*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

had a good week at "2 we will come back.only had 3 issues,1 first day there was a plug in the garbage disposal. tried to remove we called.2 second day bath room sink clogged we called3 glad my friend did not see them. towards the end of the week ,did kill some bugs in the bed room beetle size. unsure about other things, sounds like cleaning folks took a short cut? again we will be back,love AMI

What a wonderful place to just relax by beside the pool on our private lanai. Small, intimate group of rentals insures a stress free experience. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

The location was everything for this property, as for the amenities especially for the beach they were scattered between the other units so we didn’t know which ones were ours so we just rented our own. The property could be better maintained and could have been cleaned better. I’m unsure if I would recommend this property to a friend, once again the location is what made this place.
