The building is well lit and equipped with security cameras and 24 hour security.

The patio doors are equipped with mosquito net which is great when you want to leave them open to allow the tropical breezes to flow through. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, a glass cook top, extractor fan, microwave; and a big double door stainless steel fridge with a spacious freezer. There is a separate bathroom with toilet and shower opening onto a dressing room with a sink , large well lit mirror and counter space. Generous cupboard space for storing your clothes and an electronic digital safe to store your valuables. The studio has good Wi-Fi, a smart TV on a swivel stand, and air conditioning. The rooftop patio has an expansive ocean view with a palm lined infinity pool and great entertainment area. There are plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the pool and sun. A shower and toilet , plenty of bar counter space with a large sink to prepare and enjoy your meals .
