Very well located and really convenient to enjoy Connemara. John is living next door and shared interesting information on the region. The grocery stoŕe accross the road is a plus with large opening hours. The house is really confortable. We enjoyed our stay here.

Lokalita, genius loci, John byl velmi vstřícný, i když je jeho irské angličtině hůře rozumět :-) Nádherný výhled z okna na moře a hory. Byt je prostorný s polovatelnými křesly v obývací části, v kuchyňce se dá dobře vařit. Praktická je myčka se sušičkou v irském počasí. 800 m je vzdáleno moře s pláží a přístavištěm. V nár. parku Connemara jsou u Letterfracku jen 3 turistické trasy, je možné chodit i jinde, stačí zjistit, kde není plot a vyrazit do kopců, dokonce je legální kempování v přírodě při dodržení určitých pravidel.
Byt by potřeboval drobné řemeslnické opravy (madla kuchyňské linky, plovoucí podlaha) a preciznější úklid.

The location, in the Galway countryside, was as one would have expected. Quiet village, but close to Clifden, other villages, and ideal for seeing stunning Co Galway and Co Mayo scenery. The host (who lived next door) dealt with queries promptly.
The apartment itself quite damp - which was a problem given the local climate. On arrival I was told of concerns re energy bills and that one would be expected to pay an additional fee if energy bill was excessive. Therefore avoided overusing the radiators, and did not receive any additional demands.
There was no outdoor area attached to the apartment, so unable to organise any BBQs.
