High speed internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance service is provided as well. The unit offers a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The living area is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The kitchen has been renovated with granite countertops and upscale appliances. This unit features open lanais.
This unit sleeps six with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Condo was convenient to restaurants, beach. Traffic was very noisy making sitting on the porch difficult .

The condo was clean and had everything needed, was within walking distance to shops and restaurants and everything else needed. The hide a bed couch was broken but I forgot to fill out the form for repair but besides that it was a nice place with the beach across the street.

This is a great little condo, especially for the price and location. This is our second year staying here, and we enjoyed our stay both times. This condo has beautiful gulf views, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and linens, nice sized heated pool, a very short walk across the street to the beach, and a great central island location. The management is great, we noticed that the coffee pot was missing our first morning and reached out to them and they sent someone over with a brand new pot within 30 minutes. The condo was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. There are a few things to note. First, this condo is located at a very busy intersection. The traffic can be very loud during the day while you are outside on the balcony or if you have the windows/doors open. It was very hot while we were there, so we kept the AC running the whole time, so the noise wasn’t an issue for us unless we were trying to enjoy the balcony during the day. The noise level is next to nothing inside the condo, and in the evenings the balcony is much quieter. Secondly, the sleeper sofa is broken. It was broken last year as well, but we assumed it would have been fixed by the time we booked this year. Unfortunately it was not and in fact was in even worse condition. Our teenage son slept on it anyway, thankful he can sleep anywhere, but it wasn’t the most comfortable set up and I would not book this condo if you need to sleep 6 unless the owner has decided to replace the sleeper sofa. We are 5, two adults and three teens, and it was a stretch. Also, the table only has enough seating for four, again, we made it work as we just pulled over a bench they had in the condo, but 6 would be a stretch. I would highly recommend for 4 or less, and apprehensively recommend for 5+ as long as you’re more laidback. You can’t beat the view and the location for the price on the island and the management team is great. We may book again next year if
