Beautiful property

House was as advertized! Clean and well cared for. Pool and spa were great. The many outdoor areas were comfortable and relaxing! Chef came and cooked for us and the kitchen amenities worked great for him. Julie was able to recommend a chef and a masseuse. We are going back in April.

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay this is it. Beds are comfortable and the pool and hot tub are awesome. Have a great stay

This was my first time going to Mexico and did not know what to expect . I have to say overall it was a good experience , but the place was difficult to find in the dark especially when gps does not work well in the area . We did find the house with help from Julie the local concierge but there are few street signs and the property is not marked at all . We stayed for a month and after a few days found our way around easier. The house is as advertised , very nicely furnished and the bed we slept in very comfortable . I do need to say the place needs to be maintained better . They caution you that the gas kitchen range oven takes awhile to start , well use alot of caution gas is buildiing up while it is waiting to start i know because i opened the door to see if it was lit and it exploded in my face . Also the top burners won't light without a lighter or match which we had to buy at the store because the one provided was empty . We were cautioned about the clothes dryer you have to jiggle the door to make it work ? we did a tempory fix with tape so we could use it , next we are told be cautious the guest bath toilet runs sometimes , well the flush handle fell off the first time i used it , i did a temporary repair with paper clips and masking tape so it would work , i could go on and on but people pay alot of money to stay here , fix some things !! I was under the impression there were supposed to be kayaks and a bbq and they were locked up or not there . Lastly we were told that it is very safe here and the concierge told us she doesn't even lock her doors ? Well the 4th night about 2am we had the bedroom slider open a bit to hear the waves and an intruder came in to rob us , luckily i am a big guy with a loud voice and chased him off , i have no idea his intentions but we were scared to death . You really can't call the police for help easily here so i waited till later and contacted Julie and told her what happened , then we got a key so we could lock the gates ( would have nice to have right away ) I got sticks off the beach to block the doors and windows that did not have them and started leaving the exterior lights on at night , but we did not get much sleep thinking they were coming back. We thought about leaving but stuck it out and overall the locals are really nice and the house adequate . My wife and i have rented a luxury house for a month for the last 8 years somewhere warm in the winter and have never had so many issues .
