This 4-bedroom, 3 bath home offers our guests a private tranquil experience in the beautiful Las Tunas area, a short ten minute drive to the town center.
Huge back deck includes custom pool/hot tub, fire pit, outside dining, and a BBQ grill. Perfect for lounging with a book, enjoying sunset cocktails, or soaking in the sun while watching for passing whales.
Set on 2 acres of landscaped and natural vegetation provides amazing sunset views and an abundance of wildlife viewing to enjoy.
The space
The first floor offers a large open kitchen/dining area perfect for socializing and plenty of space to spread out while enjoying cocktails or meals. Large living room w/ bar, spacious couch seating, and a large smart TV. The upstairs is one huge master suite with its own patio and amazing views.
Three large walk-in showers with beautiful Mexican style tiling.
Fully appointed kitchen with all the amenities of home.
The 2-acre grounds offer beautiful landscaping, a large porch/deck with fire pit to enjoy the night, and hot tub (Seats 4 people well) to enjoy our amazing ocean and sunset views.
Beautiful landscaping with many interesting plants and cactus for walks around the property. Limes, mangos, grapefruit, oranges and other fruit trees for fresh seasonal fruit!
