Of the two bathrooms, one has a bathtub, and the other has a shower. The dining-living room is provided with a fireplace, and it shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen, characterised by rustic finishing touches.
All three bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con.
The outdoor area reminds that of an ancient Moorish fortress. The views provided are breathtaking, and you can enjoy a swim in the private saltwater pool while taking pleasure in the views over the Mediterranean Sea and the white towns of the Andalusian coast. Or else, sunbathe on the comfortable sun loungers, and enjoy some tasty specialities at the outdoor table. And if you prefer relaxing at night, a starry sky will accompany you.
Besides, if you are eco-conscious, you will be happy to know that this house runs on renewable energies: hot water is provided thanks to solar panels, and heating comes from an aerothermal system. Therefore, you will enjoy your holidays in an eco-friendly way.

Die Ruhe und Aussicht sind absolut top. Man ist trotzdem relativ schnell im Zentrum. Alle Fenster sind mit Mückenschutz ausgestattet und alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine funktionierende!! Klimaanlage. Adriano ist sehr freundlich und man kann mittels Übersetzungsprogramm gut mit ihm kommunizieren, wenn man wie wir kein spanisch spricht oder man versucht es mit ein bisschen englisch - klappt auf jeden Fall. Zur Begrüßung gab es netterweise auch eine große Bottle Wasser, einen Obstteller und 1 Fl. Wein. Lobenswert auch dass alle elektronischen Geräte funktionieren und teilweise neu waren!!

The accommodation was very clean and very quiet. It was close to a number of nice places to visit. The salt water pool was lovely and big enough fir our needs. Velez was a nice city with not too many tourists yet. There were enough supermarkets nearby and de restaurants were good value for money.
