Location was very good, just a stone's throw from Brno. It was a very quiet stay :) Just enough for the night when passing through Czech Republic.
Although there was a kettle, fridge and a microwave - an induction stove and a space for cooking would be just brilliant if staying for longer.

Friendly staff and they had a big gates yard that one could use in nice weather. Neighborhood seams very safe
This is a tennis club attached to a bar. The 2 apartment are on top of the bar and the doors/ walls are paper thin. The bar guests did not leave until midnight and then the cleaner was vacuuming with the music on until 1am. So no sleep. There is a funky smell in the place
