SPACIOUS TWO STORY 4 BEDROOM HOME WITH GARAGE PARKING & OUTSIDE PATIO!

This home sleeps 8 people COMFORTABLY and is one of our larger 4 bedroom homes we rent in Newport Beach. If you choose to rent this home you will have a worry-free vacation as parking is provided, no one is above you to stomp on the floor, Linens are provided, propane is included with the gas BBQ, Beach Chairs in the garage, Washer & Dryer included and... YOU ARE 1 MINUTE TO THE SAND AND 10 MINUTES TO THE PIER ON FOOT!

For those of you looking to enjoy a QUIET Vacation with your family, you have found the right place.

West Newport is (in our opinion) one of the best locations to live/rent in Newport Beach. From forty-seventh to seventy-fourth, W. Newport is home to many long-term and permanent residents of Newport spending their time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier & Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the W. Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddleboards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street.

The community of West Newport also has some great local restaurants. From breakfast at Cappy's Café to fine dining at Cucina Alessa, a home-cooked meal at the Spaghetti Bender (get the Gnocchi) to a sandwich at Tidepools or grab a Burrito on the run at Chronic Taco. There's nothing you won't find within a few minutes of home.

    This VRBO was even nicer than we expected! It feels large with a thoughtful layout. The common space downstairs makes for friendly hangouts, and it's easy to cook a big meal. It was well stocked with towels, soap, instant coffee, and the little bits that you need to cook a full dinner. The walk to the beach is quite short! (there is a direct side-walk) We saw dolphins! The only drawbacks were 1) no bikes. The post didn’t say how many, so I called, but never got a response. 2) The wifi password was hard to find. It wasn’t anywhere physically in the house, nor was it in the intro check-in email. When I called, the office was closed. Turns out, it was in one of the online reference documents, but it was hard to find. Overall, a good stay!

    Nice beach access and has a front yard that has a pony wall (1/2 wall) with no gate - perfect for little kids as they cannot wander off. Its a fun place, but parking is a mess if you have more than one car.

    The location is a super close walk to the beach. It was a little further to the pier. We walked it some for excercise, but drove too. Our beach was amazing!! They have plenty of chairs and boogie boards in the garage. The condo itself was less updated than it looks in the pictures, but it was fine. The supplies are sufficient, but nothing extra. The exact number of sheets, no extra pillows or blankets for laying on the couch. The couch is different from the pictures. It is nicer and new. However it is curved and leather, so not as good for sleeping. We were a bit put off by the big red and black sign posted on the fridge listing fines for any infraction. It was very unwelcoming. I guess they have trouble with partners, but as a family on vacation we prefer the notebook of friendly instructions you get at the other VRBOs I’ve stayed at. Overall we had a lovely vacation, and loved Newport Beach.

    The only hiccup we had was getting into the garage, which was easily remedied via their customer service. Otherwise, it was a great location to host a sleepover birthday party for our daughters and their friends. Restaurants are conveniently located nearby and the beach is an easy walk. Our daughters and their friends had a great time and we couldn't be happier!
