Comfortable and designed for families, it boasts a large kitchen, family-style living and dining area, polished wood floors, fresh colors, and ample sleeping room. Decorated by a local designer and featured in “Interiors & Designs of the Emerald Coast”, this wonderful cottage is the perfect retreat for your beach vacation.
Of the three country-style bedrooms, two hold queen beds and the other a set of built-in bunks. Glass doors connect the master suite to a private balcony overlooking the boardwalk. Three TV's with 2 DVD players, a VCR, a collection of books, DVD's, puzzles and board games assure you'll have as much to do inside as out. A new Xbox game system for the kids with a few games is there too.
The cottage is located a short walk to the beach, and just steps from the Sugar Shak and downtown shops, year-round Sky Pool and tennis courts.

Roomy and Beautiful kitchen and living space. Great for visiting while preparing meals. Nicely remodeled two baths. Bedrooms are a bit small. I feel 6 ppl max for this home not 8 as advertised unless they are small children.
