Wonderful stay with family and friends

We stayed here with 12 friends and family, with a baby and a toddler. Comfortable travel cots and high chairs were provided for both children. Swimming pool was a great size and nice temperature. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. Note cots do not fit in the double rooms but in the two mini apartments they are open plan so baby slept in the living area in the cot. Outside area was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 12 to eat together. Owners friendly and helpful both before and during our stay.

Inside kitchen is very small considering size of property. However there is a very big outdoor kitchen for BBQs. Indoor living area is also small, on one wet cool night it was very cosy all 12 guests inside socialising together. Outdoor space is great and large area under cover. When weather is good it really isn’t a problem.

Roomy villa away from it all

Beautiful villa in a village away from the busy beach area. Very newly built but well marked on Google. The villa has been built with a modern style yet still has a chalet feel to it. We were 12 guests and loved the large spaces for us to eat together yet still have separate sleeping areas. The kids loved the pool, and we used the outside barbecue though it has an open are grill (not a Weber). There are also lots of activities near by which might have been more enjoyable in slightly cooler weather. But it was good for going to the beach. The owner was very responsive from the date of our booking till our departure. Very professional service. A few minor issues came up which were dealt with promptly such as making arrangements for mosquito devices. The owner's agency was waiting for us and were polite even though we got delayed at the airport and arrived 90 minutes after our estimated time. We enjoyed the villa including the well equipped game room and pool. Check out was seamless.

We provided feedback to the owner as well and are happy to hear that he has already acted upon most of them. A few items of note 1. There was no microwave or toaster, but based on our feedback both were purchased for future guests. Similarly, the lighting in the game room (especially above the table tennis table) is going to be worked on to reduce glare. 2. I am all for device-free holiday, but WiFi is convenient in today's day and age especially for international visitors who need to get directions and make bookings. The signal had limited range beyond the main sitting room. The TV did not seem to catch any channels either. 3. The circuit breaker for the Villa kept tripping when the kettle was used along side another appliance like the dishwasher . It could be due to the fact that the AC was running though that should be on another circuit breaker. Something an experienced electrician should be able to quickly figure out. 4. There was an odor from the drains in the upstairs bathrooms - we could not figure this one out and had to keep the door closed at all times. Needs to get looked at.
