All, very good experienced in general

Nothing in particular, one only comment as room for improvement. This was not too important for us, but people who need more darkness while they sleep might experience the room to be too light during the morning, especially in summer when obviously the sun rises quite early. The property might want to consider installing blinds or other system to improve this aspect. Curtains are available but they don't really help too much. Croatia is sunny :)

Very good stay

Spacious enough for 3 people. Very clean apartment, well maintained. Air conditioner worked well even in +38C. The kitchen was small, but well equipped with everything we needed, and more. The host was very friendly and attentive, fast to react to messages on booking, or in person. Area was quiet. Distance to beach 1 km, which was 10 minutes downhill, or 15 returning uphill (measured with a smartwatch ;) ). The beach was good. Downtown is nice, with restaurants and usual beach-town shopping.

Nice apartment outside of the center

We liked a decoration of the apartment. A apartment and a whole building was really clean, that's really important for us. We liked that we had a dishwasher (it was one of our priorities in the booking process).

A location is about outside of the centre, and a location is not for a family with small children because you have to cross a main road without any pedestrian crossing. It's a 10 minute walk from the beach, about 750m walk in the sun, it's not that far but when outside is 35 degrees you want to be closest to the beach. An apartmant has a lowered roof and is not so comfortable for someone taller than 190 cm (6.2 feet)

Nice, authentic accomodation with a kind and hostful family near the marvellous sea & the old town.

The accomodation was very tidy, well equiped and the little garden with figgies was kind in front of the apartment. We could cook everything from the fresh things from the market and have a good dinner at the balcony. We could choose from several beaches around and also loved the old town in the evening . Luka and his family were very kind and helped in everything. Thank you so much these nice days.

Lovely holiday

The apartment was clean, in quiet area, 5 minutes walk to the centre and the beach. We had very comfortable king size bed, air conditioning - it was very hot outside during our stay. And very helpful host - we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back! :) Iwona and Kris

Za mna uplná spokojnosť.

Po príchode som zaparkoval, boli mi osobne odovzdané kľuče. Apartmán bol čisty, bol som z ubytovaním, lokalitou ktorá je tichá, veľmi spokojný, tešim sa na dalšie stretnutie. Majiteľ bol veľmi ústretový, pomohol, poradil. Na záver pobytu nám daroval flašu červeného vína ako pozornosť.

Nemám nič, všetko sa mi pačíilo, možno sietky do okien. :D

Einfach grandios

Im Appartment ist wirklich alles, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte (Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeeautomat, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Erste Hilfe Koffer ...) Sehr freundlicher und bemühter Gastgeber, der sein Handwerk versteht, dem das Wohl des Gastes am Herzen liegt und nicht nur das Abkassieren. Sehr sauber

Unser Appartment war im Dachgeschoss, aber wir haben quasi im letzten Moment gebucht. Das ist aber "jammern auf hohem Niveau"😉

sehr gute Lage. Alles in Gehdistanz. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Host war einwandfrei. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unsere Fragen vor Ort wurden sehr rasch beantwortet.

Keine Basics zum Kochen vorhanden: Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer.

Ok aber Luft nach oben!

Die Ausstattung (Geschirrspüler, Ofen etc) und die Größe des Apartments waren super. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war auch praktisch und groß.

Das Bad war leider etwas schmutzig. Wir mussten Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken noch einmal putzen. Duschkabine und Armaturen voller Kalk und Haaren (ging aber nach 1 mal Einsprühen mit Kalkreiniger sofort weg; Wurde überhaupt geputzt?). Oxidierte Duschränder und alter Schmutz, der nicht mehr zu entfernen ging. Nachdem wir nach 5 Tagen mal telefonischen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hatten und ihn darauf angesprochen haben, meinte er nur, warum wir uns Putzutensilien gekauft haben, wir hätten diese auch von ihnen bekommen. Aber darum ging es doch nicht, sondern dass es überhaupt nötig war noch einmal zu putzen ?! Die Halterung für die Duschbrause war sehr wackelig und verrostet. Der Sonnenschirm am Balkon konnte auch nicht benutzt werden, da er bereits kaputt war. Zewa war leider auch keins vorhanden. Die Dusche ist außerdem aufgrund der Dachschräge sehr klein und niedrig. Als Mensch mit über 1,80 m könnte das Duschen schwierig werden. Wir sind niemand, der die Nadel im Heuhaufen sucht. Aber wen einem das Bad schon so begrüßt, ist der erste Eindruck bereits schlecht. Für den Preis sollte es unserer Meinung nach bei der Hygiene bei den sanitären Anlagen nicht fehlen.
