The breakfast was very good - plenty of choice and friendly and efficient service. The hotel was in the centre of town yet was very quiet in the room.
A lot of steps (we were warned this could be a possibility) to our room which was pretty small. We also had to walk through the kitchen and breakfast room to access our bedroom. Communication between ourselves members of staff could have been better (admittedly it took me a long time to reply to a booking.com message from them due to other pressing commitments).

I liked the quaint view from the balcony onto the cobblestone street and the fact that it was so close to the Duomo. If I looked left, I could see the sea. The room was spacious and Francesca, the breakfast lady, was super nice and weloming.
Had to wait a bit to check in.

Wonderfull location in the city center - they have a very close parking which is amazing & staff was very helpful.

The apartment was in the centre, everything could be reached in a few minutes.
The bathroom was dirty and smelled awful.
