About this villa rental
Splendid villa overlooking the sea, with a private path that leads to a delightful cove.
Charming and large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with table, deckchairs etc.
The Villa is clad in hand-crafted stone with great skill, where majestic olive trees, carob trees, myrtle etc, are the setting, surrounded by 3500 square meters of Mediterranean vegetation, with a breathtaking view, where many outdoor spaces are equipped with sitting areas, benches, hammocks, deckchairs, in the shade of these magnificent trees, for an aperitif, a good book, or simply to glance over the horizon, fulfilling the spirit with the incredible view that opens before us,
I recount the place convinced to sin of presumption in trying to transmit indescribable emotion that is given to us.
The interior is cozy and fresh, has three bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds, which can be joined on request and the third with another single bed that if necessary could be added a other.
Large living room with fireplace, dining area, sofas, table, satellite TV, etc.
Masonry kitchen with oven, and everything you need.
Bathroom with bidet and shower.
Outside another shower with hot and cold water, washing machine.
Masonry barbecue corner, with shelf, stack with tap, etc. garden furniture, including hammocks, deckchairs and tables. A solarium will allow you to soak up the sun in privacy.
The sea is about 150 meters away and you can reach by a distinctive path, passing through a small grove of laurel trees, carob myrtle etc.
the cove reached, allows you to enjoy the pleasure of sunbathing in complete privacy or to dive into the clean and crystalline waters that characterize this part of Salento.
From the coastal road Otranto Santa Maria di Leuca, an automatic gate allows you to enter the property, you walk about a hundred meters and you get to a large parking lot, a good part of the property and bounded by characteristic stone walls, called dry, the whole property enjoys of complete privacy.
The weekly price includes bed linen and towels, water, electricity and gas consumption.

A beautiful place with a truly amazing view, direct access to the ocean and a nice pool. Luigi is a wonderful host, always responsive and kind. We loved all his recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We‘ll be back for sure!

Luigi’s villa sits in an extraordinary hillside location above the sea with a magnificent view - on clear days we could even see Albania across the Adriatic Sea. The house offers perfect privacy as it sits in a vast, beautiful terraced garden. It is planted with splendid olive, myrtle and carob trees, and offers several seating areas, which are suitable for any need - sun or shade and different times of the day. We spent a week here in July, and even on hot and humid days there was always a pleasant breeze.The house and pool were spotlessly clean.Luigi is one the kindest hosts you can imagine. He had provided us with a list of very useful suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants, nearby beaches and grocery stores already before arrival. Luigi showed us around the house and gardens on arrival and during our stay was extremely responsive to any questions we had.
We enjoyed our holiday in Puglia a lot and can recommend Luigi’s place 100%.

This villa is in a stunning location with amazing views, peaceful and with total privacy. The house has all basic amenities, and outside area is beautiful though probably unsuitable for very young children and people with reduced mobililty due to number of steps down to villa. Luigi was very responsive and provided great info about local restaurants, beaches, and areas to visit. Definitely need a car - easy drives to Pescoluse beach, Gallipoli and Otranto, all certainly worth a visit. No access to the sea from the villa. Would definitely return for another visit.
