I knew where the agents were that hold the keys so that was very straight forward and the team were really helpful.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a bag of shoes.

Perfect location - couldn’t really be any closer to the town centre of Morzine.
Being charged for things like WiFi, bed linen & towels seemed a little unfair. Aswell as having to make the beds ourselves once paying the fee for the linen. The toilet smelt like urine which wasn’t pleasant, despite it looking clean.
