Cleaning crew is excellent and our place was spotlessly clean. Groundskeeper is excellent, hard working and friendly. He is a gem of an employee and those are hard to find these days.
The “blackout curtains” in bedroom were in sections that didn’t fit together as they are rusting/falling off the hooks. Light floods in between each section and it is impossible to sleep in. In the kids’ bathroom, the ceiling above the shower is black and moldy from a leak from apartment above. Needs to be cleaned and repaired. The main table is sticky-not dirty but sticky from layers of cheap paint . Anything we put on the table got stuck so we just didn’t use it. The upholstered furniture is grungy and dirty. Needs a good steam cleaning. We had an end unit which had a lot of noise from the road even though the patio faces the ocean. The traffic noise was disruptive even when patio door was closed and we were trying to sleep. I resorted to wearing ear plugs. Several cabinet handles were missing throughout, No plugs by the bed to charge phones or use computer while sitting in bed. We had to move bed away from wall to access plug in middle of wall and we had to move dresser out from other wall to access the second plug we needed, inconvenient + lifting of heavy furniture is not how we pictured something as simple as accessing plugs.
