The location was great and the property was plenty roomy for our large family.
The property was dirty, had to clean when we got into the room. Sand in the floor (which I understand is probably hard to keep out, but my kids socks were completely black from dirt) the showers could’ve been more clean, cooking pans were nasty with old crusted food, just didn’t look well kept, especially after paying a cleaning fee.

The washer never worked and smelled horrible!!! Mildew so we couldn’t was towels at the beach that is awful with kids especially.
They did bring us fresh towels one but I requested them twice since we had 10 people.
Also, a slat was missing in the top bunk so the mattress was caving in!!
