Avoid!!

The road it was on was quiet

The property is not a hidden gem. Its like basic student accommodation. There was a strong smell of urine from the main bedroom. We informed the company on arrival. They fobbed us off. Tried to suggest the only reason the window was open in that room was due to the weather. It was the only window open. The rules and regulations they share suggest they normally don't have respectful and professional clients. I've never been so disappointed by a booking. Actually embarrassing. Didn't match the pictures. We have given ample time to compensate us and apologise. It's 13 days since we arrived and nothing! Didn't take pictures to upload only a video we sent to company. The upside down coat rack and back to front mat made me laugh. Wouldn't take long to clear the weeds out the front either!

Lovely well equipped apartment that is excellent value.

The property is a good size for 6 with a well equipped kitchen and clean comfortable bedrooms. The location is central and shops and pubs are within easy walking distance. The hosts were swift to reply to questions and clarify requests and we had a great stay.

ID was needed for everyone staying and this didn’t become clear until shortly before arrival, although the host was quick to clarify when asked.

Amazing host, with an amazing place.

The place was amazing. Classy, and clean. Rooms where big as well. The house location was in a family area that we had everything within a walking distance. Uber is your best bet if you wanna visit central NC and it's no more than 15 minutes driving The owner was super friendly, helpful and with tons of patience with us and my hundreds of questions. Super recommended for families that will spent some time in NewCastle.

The property is in a great location for the metro and bus . The free parking is a bonus too ! the accommodation was clean, tidy and very comfortable for our stay. We would defo stay again ....

Pleasant stay in South Shields

Accommodation was nice and clean. Good shower and some toiletries were provided, which is a nice touch.

Wasn't keen on the small bathroom being directly attached to the kitchen but I guess that's just the design of those flats. Sofas were very uncomfortable.
