CLEAN, DATED, PLUMBING NEEDS UPDATING, NEEDS A TOASTER NOT SO CALLED TOASTER OVEN-STERO AMP NEEDS TO BE HOOKED UP-NEEDS A HOT TUB-POOL WAS FANTASTIC AS FAR AS CLEAN AND TEMP

The views are amazing, the property was very clean but a little dated as far as décor....

House has great potential. Upon arrival the house was hot. We adjusted the AC's and left to allow the property to cool. After 2 hrs there was no change still at 81°. Property manager responded quickly and Condee (the island AC company) came to check on the units. The worker was condescending giving me the "it's hot in Marco Island" talk. I know hot, I'm from Miami. The AC issue was not completely fixed. Also, the beds need to be updated. They were hard to the point that we left with aching backs.
Would love to see those issues corrected as it is an outstanding property. until
$$$$
