this home's location excellent for easy access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge
and Gatlinburg during busy seasons, special events and car shows.
Outfitted with custom made furniture and tastefully decorated, you will find
it easy to sit back and enjoy all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. During your
stay your family will appreciate the living areas' comfortable seating,
tranquil gas log fireplace, large flat screen TV, and be entertained with your
choice of over 50 classic arcade games in the gaming area. The well appointed
kitchen will pamper the cook with stainless steel appliances and cookware,
modern custom cabinetry and gorgeous granite countertops. Coffee lovers even

Rottie's Retreat is the best of both worlds; it's proximate to/very accessible from all the "action" (e.g. Dollywood, the Parkway, etc.), but sits on a very quiet/relaxing street. The house is spotless and very comfortable. As an added bonus, it's dog-friendly (although we ultimately chose not to bring ours this time around). I would highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the Smokies without the madness that sometimes comes with it.

Was a great place to stay!!! Can't say enough about how clean the house was and the Easter gift the cleaning Lady April left my 4 year old was perfect! This house felt like being at home! Perfect quiet neighborhood to walk your dog in away from the noise of the strip. The house did not smell like dogs had been staying in it previously like some of the other pet friendly properties we have rented in the past. The furniture was also clean and did not look old or worn down. The house is as pictured in the photos. I was worried about my Maltese getting fleas (she's allergic) from the yard or house from previous renters but I found zero on her the entire week we stayed. Water pressure was great in the shower. The game system kept my 4 year old and husband entertained. And lastly, the home owners call before our arrival was a nice touch and made us feel welcome. We have already booked again for the fall. HIGHLY recommend and can not wait to return! Thank you for offering such a great, well kept property to pet owners!

This house was fantastic! They use a third party booking agent Red Awning and the process was confusing so I had to email and call multiple times to get our check-in details. Once that was settled it was great! The bed was probably the most comfortable we've ever slept in on a trip. The location is great, right off the parkway and close to some great restaurants. The best part was we got to bring our boxer with us. The check out process was the easiest we've ever had with no long list of chores. A few things would make it even better. A few more towels would have been nice and some hand soap for the bathrooms. We used the dish detergent. It would have been nice to not have to bring my hairdryer so I would consider adding that as an extra perk. The listing doesn't say/show it but there is a washer/dryer and an iron as well. The house was extremely clean and the furniture was all very good quality.
