Modern 1 Bedroom in Shadwell with Balcony

The apartment is very large and comfortable. It has a streaming service on the TV, which was great to relax after long days of sightseeing. We didn’t use the kitchen, so we’re not sure how well equipped it is. After reading other reviews, I expected the apartment to be a bit dirty, but that was not the case at all. It was clean enough, I have nothing to complain about. The location is in the Hindu neighborhood, about a 15-minute walk from the metro to reach the main tourist areas. There was enough toilet paper available.

Check-in was a bit confusing at first because the floor and apartment number were not clearly indicated, but after calling the Booking contact number, we quickly received the information. We couldn’t find the WiFi password, so we’re not sure if WiFi is available. When we arrived, the appartement was very hot, so we turned off the heating and the apartment stayed warm and comfortable.

Location was good: not too noisy and with a Sainsbury Local nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear and helpful. Apartment was clean, bed was very comfortable, towels were provided. The fan in the bedroom proved very useful as it was hot while we were there.

A few minor quibbles: there was only one wine glass, and we couldn't find a scissors. There was a teapot but no cafetiere or coffee pot that we could see.
