Excellent place to stay. Location was good. Close to good food and drinks at the GOAT just a street over and the Listening Room venue. The walk to the strip was reasonable.

My husband and I brought our daughter for a trip to celebrate her 16th birthday. We were able to walk to the Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame Museum in 20 min or less. We went to Broadway during the day and ticketed all ages shows at night. The Listening Room was my favorite experience and very close walking distance. My daughter really liked 3rd and Lindsley which was also close by. The rental was cute. I was grateful for the fans because despite the well working A/C I am not used to humidity. We took an Uber one day due to rain but otherwise everything was within a mile and very walkable.

This was an amazing property in downtown Nashville. It is walkable to all of the South Broadway attractions. An Uber ride was only 5-7. We opted for that a lot because it was really hot during our stay. The apartment was stocked with any necessities that we might have needed. The hosts were very commutative. We chose this place because of proximity and the free parking. Parking is huge in Nashville and will cost 35-70 per day at a hotel. This place is close to The Listening Room. We highly recommend doing that if you enjoy the songwriter rounds. I’m sure that we will come back to explore some more and we would definitely rent from this host again. Because it is downtown, it can be noisy. There is a big fan in the bedroom that gives some white noise, but you might want any earplugs if traffic noise bothers you.

We had a great stay! The property was clean and had everything we needed. Short walk to downtown. Free parking was a great benefit. This is our 2nd time staying in JeTy’s properties and will definitely stay again.
