Due to the large glass elements in the apartment, one can enjoy the amazing views of the natural landscape Hohe Tauern and the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. The apartment house is located only about 3 minutes walking distance from to the base station Areitbahn - Schmittenhöhe.

The Schönblick Residence opened in July 2018 and, with its contemporary style and extensive infrastructure, is one of the top holiday resorts in the Schüttdorf district.
The spacious sauna area offers a finnish and a herbal sauna.
Due to the ideal southern exposure, all 21 apartments, spread over 5 floors enjoy day-long direct sunlight and a wonderful view of the Kitzsteinhorn.
The elegantly spacious units come in various sizes from 60 m2 to 130 m². Another advantage of the Schönblick Residence: its immediate proximity to the golf course and the areitXpress lift station - the feeder to the Schmittenhöhe.
