First, I need to say that coomunication with Marta was perfect, she is very nice and all the details that she gave to us were really useful, detailed and easy to understand. Even if getting into parking may not sound easy, thanks to her explanations, it was easy. The apartment is very nice, clean, really apreciated that is has parking included, it is close to city center; I also like it because of the A/C and fridge. I really recommend it

Very nice location, supportive host and comfortable bed.
If you arrive by car it is a bit tricky to get to the location but not impossible. Balcony was super small, I had to go down to smoke.

Great location with secure off street parking. Great when your car is a B given the emission zone regulations.

Five minutes from Placa de Merced. Very responsive staff (via messages there is no reception)
The most important thing in a room is if one can sleep comfortably. Regretfully, the owner has not invested at all in soundproofing the apartment from the horrible noise outside. People were passing, shouting and arguing well into the morning, and we didn't sleep at all....and this was in November with all windows closed and off season so I don't want to think about summer there.
