Fantastic location, just outside of the metro station. The space is clean, cosy, with great facilities and a terrace with an absolutely phenomenal view. The terrace is a shared space and there's plenty of room for everyone. Victor is a great host, he will speak to you if you want to chat, but he'll leave you alone if you don't. All in all an astonishing accomodation worthy of coming back.
Everything was great, just keep in mind that you're sharing a home with other people.

Victor is a really nice and lovely host! It‘s a perfectly fine located appartment with a huge terrazza
major security problem!!! You CAN‘T get out of the Building without the keycard between 23:00 - 7:30 which is catastrophic! No emergency ways! Please change that!!!!

The location is in the middle of the historical center, it is in the center but still an oasis of peace. So i recommend to stay there.
Victor is a very friendly person, who will give you a lot of suggestions. You are within a five minutes walk in Lasteria.
The internet wasnt that fast. At least in my room.
I guess it depends in which room you are.
