A slice of heaven!

The location is impressive. I love every aspect of the location, next to a calm and not at all heavy traffic area. Love the spacious chill-out space overlooking the Alps of the property. The apartment is fully equipped to the teeth with all that you need to live (cook, drinks, fridge, etc), like you are at home. The free parking is a super plus, Not located where the property is but just a small stroll away. Also to add, the people here in this great town of Telfs are just insanely friendly. Many thanks for the wonderful stay. Love it a lot.

Apartment was comfy and clean, had parking issues

The apartment itself was nice, compact, clean, very comfy beds. Host provided details on how to enter the apartment and additional information.

We had a bad experience with parking which made our stay more stressful than needed. There was no parking card for the free underground parking as promised (the person before us may have taken it & the host didn't notice?). This caused a lot of frustration, driving around 1 way roads at night, having to find the other car park with limited places to pull over to re-route etc. There is a paid car park close by that we used (the host did also advise this one as an alternative). The machine didn't allow us to pay for the following morning so we had to download the app to pay and that was only allowed until 9:30am, so we had to go to the car park the following morning and use the machine to pay the extra 30mins. We were driving a lot on our holiday and needed the rest, so wasn't ideal

Wonderful apartments in a picturesque place. Much more beautiful than in the photo. The apartments are comfortable and equipped with everything you need to stay. We recommend and will definitely come back again.

Perfect position in centre and near highway. We travelled tonpitztal gletscher and it was only hour away to lift to gletscher L.

Toller Urlaub! Schöne Unterkunft.

In einem renovierten 300 Jahre alten Haus befinden sich drei Apartments, die sich die schöne Dachterrasse teilen. Das Appartment über zwei Stockwerke hat eine super ausgestattete Küche mit viel Platz zum Sitzen. Im Wohnzimmer steht eine Couch am Rand und ein bequemes Doppelbett in der Mitte - das war sehr gemütlich zum Familienfernsehschauen - ist aber ungewöhnlich. In der oberen Etage sind zwei Schlafzimmer. In einem zwei Einzelbetten - in dem anderen ein doch kleines Doppelbett. Lage super - Vermieter ganz toll und nett. Die eine Dusche ist in den Flur gebaut .... das andere Bad unten hat aber auch noch eine Dusche. Türrahmen niedrig - eben ein mit Liebe neu gestaltetes altes Haus.

Eine Couch für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt abends im Wohnzimmer fehlt.

Die Wohnung hat eine Super Lage es ist auch alles vorhanden wirkt jedoch im Bad und Küche etwas abgewohnt !!

Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar an einer Kirche mit lautem Geläut aber dafür auch zentral gelegen ! Alles fussläufig zu erreichen !!

Etwas abgewohnt aber dem Preisverhältnissen glaube ich entsprechend!!

Geschikt voor doorreis, maar voor langer verblijf….mwoahh

In centrum gelegen, wat zijn voordelen, maar ook zeker zijn nadelen heeft.

Het ‘zonnige’ terras was afgesloten en mocht niet betreden worden. De douche op de bovenverdieping (een los bijgeplaatste cabine) lekte water naar beneden de gang in. Parkeren kan een uitdaging zijn.

Fin lägenhet många trappor.

Välutrustat. Sköna sängar. Fin terrass som vi tyvärr inte kunde använda pga regn. Välstädat. Nära till restauranger. Centralt.

För många trappor. Vi kunde inte parkera i parkeringenshuset pga vår takbox. Fick parkera på allmän kommunparkering. Där kunde man bara köpa biljett 1,5h i taget. Gick dock att stå där mellan 18.00 och 08.00 grattis.

Übernachtung auf der Durchreise

Unterkunft liegt wirklich mittendrin im Zentrum, Fußgängerzone von Telfs in zwei Minuten erreichbar, direkt an der Kirche. Parken problemlos. Wohnung sauber, ausreichend ausgestattet, alles was man braucht vorhanden. Als Zwischenstopp war es für uns optimal.

Im Sommer wäre Klimaanlage schön, aber es gibt genug große Fenster, sodass man abends durchlüften kann.

Rustig, geweldig en de perfecte spot om om overal te komen.

Het was heel erg rustig, schoon en goed ingedeeld. Een helemooie keuken. En een erg fijn systeem met de dakramen en tempratuur. De gemakelijkheid hoe je binnen kon komen met de pasjes geweldig! De parkeer pas die in het apartement lag was ook heel fijn, we konden de auto overdekt veilig parkeren.

De douche spetterde water uit de badkuip, waardoor we handoeken moesten gebruiken zodat niet heel de vloer nat zou worden.

Udendørsområdet var et kæmpe plus. Dejligt sted at slappe af og spise vores mad. Der var vaskemaskine vi kunne låne. Meget hjælpsom vært. Lejligheden ligger meget centralt.

Der var ikke opvasketabs og vaskesvamp til opvask. Men kort til supermarked, så vi smuttede bare ned og købte det.

Guter, ebenerdiger Einstellraum für unsere 7 Fahrräder - witterungsgeschützt und abschliessbar. Grosse und ruhig gelegene Gemeinschaftsterrasse.

Bei der unbetreuten Ankunft war für uns nicht ersichtlich, welche der 2 Wohnungen unsere gebuchten waren. Ebenso erging es einer weiteren Familie, die spätabends ankam, und uns Gäste danach fragten. Die 4 Ventilatoren in der Wohnung 2 unter dem Dach vermochten die Tageshitze Nachts nicht auf unter 26 Grad abzukühlen, was zum Schlafen nicht angenehm war.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz, gut gelegen, alles im Zentrum. Perfekte Unterkunft am Jakobsweg. Vollausgestatteter Kaffeevollautomat.

Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Ein Doppelbett war sehr weich und die Bettwäsche aus Polyester ist nicht so der Hit zum Schlafen 😴

Sehr zentral und sehr komfortabel.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat eine sehr liebevoll ausgestattete Dachterrasse. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Restaurants und Cafés. Der Ablauf war super unkompliziert und der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen.

Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Check-in und -out super unkompliziert und Kontakt super nett Lage ist top - alles in Telfs super fußläufig erreichbar! Kostenloses parken hat auch funktioniert

Acomodação ampla, limpa, confortável. Cama muito boa. Chuveiro excelente. Localização ótima. O anfitrião deixou Almdudlers de cortesia, muito gentil. Check in e out muito fáceis.

Infelizmente não consegui usar o cartão do estacionamento, acabei pegando a moeda (que serve como ticket) e pagando. Como o estacionamento fica bem no centro, com muitos estabelecimentos comerciais ao redor, é um pouco complicado localiza-lo… Recomendo utilizar o estacionamento público, que fica bem ao lado da acomodação, sendo mais prático e intuitivo.

Sehr gute Lage und voll ausgestatteter Ferienwohnung. Inklusive Parkkarte für nahegelegenen Parkplatz. Sehr schnelle Hilfe bei Fragen. Der Weg zur Wohnung im Haus geht um ein paar Ecken, aber der Weg lohnt sich wegen des guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnisses.

Svegliarsi con la visione delle cime innevate è sublime, la posizione ottima, terrazza/giardinetto panoramica stupenda. L’appartamento ti faceva sentire a casa, confortevole, accogliente, particolare e con dettagli unici. Animali ammessi! Host decisamente gentile e disponibile per ogni situazione. Decisamente da mettere nei “preferiti” questa struttura!!
