Great apartment, very well laid out and has everything you need, from kitchen utensils to towels!
I liked the area, it's very close to shops and a metro station, with plenty of restaurants around and a 7-11 about a 2 minute walk up the road.
The water pressure is good, the Aircon works well, the hot water is instant and the stove is powerful.
It even has a washing machine.
Nothing, great apartment, truly has everything you'd need to live comfortably.

设施还不错，但房间里有一点异味 其他方面还好。标价不清楚，房价标的是200元，但有其他费用却标得不清楚，容易让人产生误解，而且其他费用占整个费用的一半以上了，最后整个费用是400+元了，这样非常不好，有以低价诱导订购的嫌疑同时还不能退订，非常恼火的一次订购！
把整个费用标清楚。这样对新手来讲非常不友好，别等付完钱才知道花了一共多少钱！

生活に必要なものが揃っていて不便なく滞在できました！
アイロンまであり助かりました！
洗濯物を干すグッズがないと思ったら…乾燥機付きの洗濯機だったので荷物少なく来れるので関西に来た際はリピ確定です！
キッチン周りが少し汚れたままだったのが残念でした😭

駅から近かった
鍵の開閉がよく分からなかった。扉の鍵がかかりにくいし、開けにくい。
トイレ掃除がされてなく、トイレ内にゴミが散乱しており汚かった。冷蔵庫の中にはグラスに入った飲みかけのオレンジジュース？が入っており怖かった。使い捨て歯ブラシはあったものの、数本使用されており歯みがき粉だけが入ってるおり肝心な歯ブラシが無かった。未使用品が人数分置かれてなくコンビニへ行きました。簡易ベットなのかソファーを布団の様にしてあったけど、枕が置いてあるところは板で固かった…
